  • Tai Chi & Qigong for Health is gentle, safe, and effective form of exercise based on scientific and evidence-based reasoning and research, with each student working at their own level. 

  • Tai Chi & Qigong for Health has levels of classes from beginners through to advanced, which provide a medium to longer term pathway for students serious about their own health, well-being and quality of life. 

  • Tai Chi & Qigong for Health classes involve gentle exercise which is designed to enhance your general health and wellness.

  • Martial Arts for Health, Relaxation and a Practical Self-Defence with Modern Duty of Care

  • ​ALL students in are encouraged to work at their own levels and at their own pace 

  • ​Classes  do NOT include techniques which involve falling, physically throwing, grappling or free-sparring with focus on practicing forms, kata and bunkai - disassembly and practical understanding

  • ​Students begin with a foundation course of the Gentle Way to prepare for graded streams of achievement where the focus is on relaxation, health and empowerment  ​
